1. LAKE PLACID CAN/AM HOCKEY: We spent three days in Lake Placid for a hockey tournament and it was magical. It felt like stepping into a snow globe with the snow lightly falling all around us. One of the highlights was watching the boys play on the iconic “Miracle” ice from the 1980 Olympics. Between that, the opening ceremonies, and the skills competition, it was a tournament we won’t forget. 2. TARGET X ROLLER RABBIT:  This collab dropped on March 7th, and by the time Laura and I went the next day, it was mostly sold out. I got lucky and found a few pieces in my size. I also grabbed some cute plates and an adorable cooler for the Hamptons (both still in stock!). And yes… I’m terrible at selfies. Plates Cooler 3. VIRGIN RIVER: The new season of Virgin River just came out and I binged it in a few days. I love the characters, the setting, everything. Brian and I are also enjoying Love Story on FX, but I can't binge it because they only release one episode a week. The soundtrack i...

1. END OF SEASON HOCKEY BANQUET: Wednesday night we celebrated the Bedford Bears hockey program at our annual banquet. This event is kind of “my thing,” and I spent many hours planning all the details. Seeing it all come together and watching the players and families having fun was definitely a highlight for me. Our team color is blue, so Laura and I both ordered blue dresses from Amazon. We ended up loving them, and I’ve linked them below in case anyone else is looking for a cute blue dress! She loves to travel and has been all over the world, so the theme was "Our Greatest Adventure Yet." My sister and I helped with the decorations and favors, and everything was adorable.  3. JACK'S BIRTHDAY CAKE: It’s been such a busy stretch between the banquet, the baby shower, and Jack’s birthday! Jack loves cookie cake...
1. VAIL: Last week we headed to Vail with three families who are some of our closest friends. It was my first time there. The village is charming and full of great shops and restaurants...perfect for people like Brian who don't ski. Vail hasn’t had the snowiest winter this year, but we arrived just in time for a beautiful snowfall. I’m so grateful Laura and Jack had the chance to experience the Colorado Rockies and ski out west for the first time. Even more special, they got to share it with their friends. 2. SOREL BOOTS: I bought these Sorel boots for the trip and wore them all over Vail. They are so comfortable! My friend Meredith liked them so much she ordered them too! I got mine at Bloomingdales and they're currently sold out of most sizes but I'm sure you can find them online.  Women's Ona Ave™ Faux Fur Trim Fleece Lined Alpine Ankle Boots 3. February 25, 2026 What's up this Wednesday is snow, snow, and more snow! We returned from Vail on Sunday just before a major snow storm hit New York. School has been closed all week! I loved having the extra time to catch up on laundry and chores after being on the road for 10 days. What We're Eating This Week... Laura requested buffalo chicken dip. It may not look appetizing in this photo but trust me, it's delicious! We had it for dinner last night with Scoops chips and a side of roasted broccoli. Tonight I'm making the viral TikTok lasagna soup.  Buffalo Chicken Recipe What I'm Reading... When I was in Vail I finished The Housmaid is Watching (the 3rd book in the Housemaid series). It had been awhile since I read Freida McFadden and I couldn't put it down. This week I started Remarkably Bright Creatures. This book has rave reviews. One of the main characters is an octopus, which is interesting...I'm only a few pages in so I'm not sure how I feel about...
1. My Caricature: I jumped on the bandwagon this week and had AI create my caricature. So funny! I loved seeing my friends and family share theirs too. 2. TARGET: I had a rare little window of alone time this week and popped into Target. They really are on a roll lately!I picked up the cutest neutral sneakers for spring. I also couldn’t resist the heart-and-cherry combo on this sweatsuit. My co-worker walked in today wearing the sweatshirt and came straight over to show me because she knew I’d love it. I had to laugh and tell her that I already bought it. Great minds! And then there was the beaded lemon purse. The pepper version was adorable too, but the lemons won me over. Such a fun little pop for spring!  Women's Universal Thread Sneaker Lemon Beaded Bag Pepper Beaded Bag Women's Cherry Heart Fleece 3.
