1.  GIVING BACK: Last Saturday, the kids and I spent the morning volunteering together. We put together self-care kits for people in need, filling little pouches with washcloths, soap, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and the cozy socks. It felt good to slow down, work side by side, and talk about why these small gestures matter. More than anything, it was a sweet reminder of how lucky we are—and how meaningful it can be to give back together.
2. TARGET: On Sunday, I popped into Target with my mom and Laura, and let’s just say… it did not disappoint. They had somuch good stuff that I ended up coming home with a haul I picked up two coastal doormats that are perfect for the Hamptons. I also found the most adorable cordless rattan lamp (yes, it comes with a charging cable!), and I’m already obsessed with it.

Of course, I couldn’t resist the accessories. I grabbed two purses: one is beaded with pearls and a heart-shaped handle, which feels perfect for a wedding or any special occasion. The other is a marble clutch that immediately caught my eye...it’s so unique. It comes in a few colors, and while I loved the green, I went with pink since it works better with my wardrobe. I’ve also been in a bit of an organizing mood lately, so I picked up these sweet tulip baskets and a jewelry tray to help pull everything together.

3. MOVIE: I watched the People We Meet on Vacation this week and loved it. If you live in the Northeast we're in for a big storm this weekend. Perfect time to watch a movie!

August 22, 2025 1. GIRL TIME: I spent a few days in the Hamptons with my mom this week. Brian and the kids stayed home since sports have already kicked off. Even though Mom lives with us now, we haven’t had much one-on-one time, so it was really nice to catch up. My friend Carrie was also out there solo, so we squeezed in lots of shopping! Such a nice little break before the craziness starts next week. 2. OOFOS flip flops: One of my neighbors has these and swears by them. October 24, 2025 1. GIRL TIME: My college bestie and I took our daughters to the Shawn Mendez concert at Forest Hill Stadium. It was a beautiful night for an outdoor concert and we had a blast! I love that we have daughters the same age and they get along so well.  2. LULUS: Lulus is my go-to spot for dresses. They always have such a great selection at reasonable prices. I usually order a few different styles and sizes to try on, then just keep my favorites. I have two events coming up in November and December, and these two dresses are definite keepers!
