January 30, 2026

1. VALENTINE NAILS: My Valentine-inspired mani makes me smile.

2. SNOW DAYS & COZY NIGHTS: We were got a ton of snow Sunday into Monday—17 inches! We had a snow day on Monday and a delay on Tuesday. The kids had the best time playing outside, and we happily hunkered down for a couple of cozy days while the storm passed. We were lucky to keep our power, which made it even easier to enjoy the slowdown. And to top it all off, Jack and I squeezed in an after-school ski day on Wednesday!

3. TRADER JOES FLOWERS: Trader Joe’s flowers are always my favorite. I picked up a few different kinds and made bouquets for my mom and me.

4. BEEF BOURGUIGNON (Beef Burgundy): The snow day was the perfect day for a hearty meal and Brian made this delicious beef bourguignon. Recipe linked below!

5. SPRING SWEATERS FROM ABERCROMBIE: Abercrombie has the cutest stuff lately.  My friend sent me these adorable coastal sweaters and I immediately added them to my cart.

    Your nails are so cute and wow! That was a lot of snow! It sounds like a lovely time. Those flowers are so pretty and yum to the beef bourguignon! It looks perfect for the weather you have been having.

August 22, 2025 1. GIRL TIME: I spent a few days in the Hamptons with my mom this week. Brian and the kids stayed home since sports have already kicked off. Even though Mom lives with us now, we haven’t had much one-on-one time, so it was really nice to catch up. My friend Carrie was also out there solo, so we squeezed in lots of shopping! Such a nice little break before the craziness starts next week. 2. OOFOS flip flops: One of my neighbors has these and swears by them. I bought them in black and have to admit, they are VERY comfortable. I expect to be wearing these to lost of games in the fall.  Oofos Original Sandal 3. October 24, 2025 1. GIRL TIME: My college bestie and I took our daughters to the Shawn Mendez concert at Forest Hill Stadium. It was a beautiful night for an outdoor concert and we had a blast! I love that we have daughters the same age and they get along so well.  2. LULUS: Lulus is my go-to spot for dresses. They always have such a great selection at reasonable prices. I usually order a few different styles and sizes to try on, then just keep my favorites. I have two events coming up in November and December, and these two dresses are definite keepers!
