Friday, October 31, 2025 1. OLD NAVY: Old Navy has the best sweater dresses at the best price point ($26). This year I bought the black and crimson. Below I'm wearing the green one from last year with my new boots from Nordstrom. While I was shopping at Old Navy I couldn't resist this adorable holiday sweater. It's perfect for ski weekends. This week I went with Halloween colors. A house full of flowers makes me happy. 3. FAMILY BIRTHDAYS: Yesterday was my mom's 84th birthday. We celebrated by taking her out to a nice steakhouse. She moved in with us in June and it's been such a blessing getting to spend more time with her.  4. Wednesday, October 29, 2025 WHAT I'M WEARING 1. LOFT sweater: It's definitely sweater weather around here. I wore this Loft sweater to school yesterday and got lots of compliments. The sleeves are so pretty.  LOFT sweater WHAT I'M LISTENING TO 1. Taylor Swift's The Life of a Showgirl: This had been on repeat in the car and when I'm folding laundry.  My favorite is the Life of Ophelia and the video is great - so fun to watch! WHAT I'M WATCHING 3. We just finished the latest season of The Diplomat and loved it. We also finished TASK and thought it was fantastic - the acting, the characters, the storyline - everything. Last night we started the second season of Nobody Wants This.  WHAT I'M READING 4. The Atmosphere by Taylor Jenkins Reid: I'm a big fan of this author and I've heard great things about Atmosphere. October 24, 2025 1. GIRL TIME: My college bestie and I took our daughters to the Shawn Mendez concert at Forest Hill Stadium. It was a beautiful night for an outdoor concert and we had a blast! I love that we have daughters the same age and they get along so well.  2. LULUS: Lulus is my go-to spot for dresses. They always have such a great selection at reasonable prices. I usually order a few different styles and sizes to try on, then just keep my favorites. I have two events coming up in November and December, and these two dresses are definite keepers! October 3, 2025 1. FAMILY PHOTO: It's rare that we take a family photo so anytime we get one of the four of us it's a favorite....even if they're not really smiling and you can tell they're just humoring me.  2.  DINING TABLE:  I wanted this set for a long time and I'm so glad I finally pulled the trigger. It really brightens up the room. The old set was from when we first got married, and we had many family celebrations around that table. NEW CURTAINS:  I recently replaced the curtains in our master bedroom. The old ones were handmade by a friend's mother and we had them for over ten years. I wanted curtains that were floor length and blue in color.
